Reservation, Payment Terms and Methods
We accept reservations as early as 18 months prior to the event or as late as 3 months before (so long as there are no conflicts). Payment shall be in cash, check and our online reservation via Paypal. Checks should be made payable to Ultravision, a company of Brod. Willie Villamin. Reservation fee (to block off the date) is set at 42,500 Php, with the balance payable in 2 payments, 1 payment (50% of the balance) 2 months before the event and the other (the remaining 50%)1 month before the event.
Online Reservation
Choose to pay online thru Paypal. Charges are in USD and a standard 3.5% will be charged for processing fees. The billed amount is 1,040 USD which will be deducted by 3.5% and then converted to PHP on the day payment is received using the bank buying rate for the conversion. This roughly equates to about 25% of the entire package cost. Once payment has been received we will email you at the email address registered with Paypal.
